Under the new workplace pension reform, it is the responsibility of every employer in the UK to enroll their employees into a pension scheme if they meet the following criteria:

– They are aged 22 or above and below the state pension age.
– They earn a gross income of over £192 per week (or £833 per month).

If your nanny meets these requirements, they must be auto-enrolled. However, even if they don’t qualify, they still have the legal right to join a Workplace Pension scheme.

Complimentary service for 6 months:

As a special offer, we provide the first six months of monthly Nanny Payroll service complimentary to all clients who have hired a nanny, housekeeper, or au pair directly through Nanny housekeepers. Additionally, you have the flexibility to start, pause, stop, and restart your payroll service as per your requirements.

If your nanny qualifies for a pension scheme, our Nanny housekeepers Payroll service is here to assist you with the administrative setup. We will:

– Enrol your employee.
– Submit your monthly or weekly contributions.
