Recruitment and screening procedure:

Firstly, all housekeeper carers are required to undertake a Safeguarding course to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide a safe environment for our clients. Additionally, live-in carers must hold an up-to-date first aid certification, which should be no older than 3 years. We also verify the previous employment of our carers to ensure they have relevant experience and a good track record. Furthermore, a Face-to-Face Interview is conducted with an in-home care professional to assess the carer’s suitability for the role. Thorough verbal reference verification is also carried out to gather feedback from previous employers or colleagues. Lastly, we conduct a DBS or Police check to ensure the carer has a clean record. These measures are in place to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients.

Duties of live-in housekeepers may include:
