What is the fee required by the agency for assisting in the search for a Nanny?                    For individuals seeking a Nanny, Nanny-Housekeeper, or Housekeeper in a permanent role, our registration fee is £69 (£93 for Au Pair registrations). Once registered, our team of consultants will promptly provide you with suitable candidates’ profiles and facilitate interviews with them. The final step involves extending a contract offer to the chosen candidate. At this stage, the consultant will calculate the commission fee that the family is required to pay to the agency. This fee amounts to 18% – 20% of the candidate’s net salary. To illustrate, let’s consider a scenario where the nanny’s weekly salary is £450. Multiplying this by 52 (the number of weeks in a year) and then by 16% will yield the agency fee as follows: £450 x 52 = £23,400 x 18% = £4,212 (+ VAT).
